REturn and Refund Policy
Customer can contact us to initiate exchange or refund requests. Hapydy will responds request in 24 hours
Hapydy will process return or refund requests within up to 3 days from the date of proposal
Customer also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund.
We accept exchange products for the following cases:
- Product still has the seal intact.
- Customers want to exchange products because of new demand: in condition within 30 days after purchasing Order, Product still has the seal intact and the customer will pay the additional shipping fee and product cost difference.
RETURN & REFUND
Customers need to return the product after refund request, customer will pay the additional shipping fee
All Exchange and Return products sent back to the address: 2475 S JONES BLVD STE 9, LAS VEGAS, NV 89146, USA
After received exchange or return product, Hapydy will process to approved Exchange or Refund request.
We accept 100% refund of the order value for the following cases:
- Customer found out she was pregnant after buying or the mother was breastfeeding for less than 11 months
- For HP SKIN products: customers have tumors, cancer or pre-existing diseases that are not detected during the consultation
- Customers with severe kidney failure, 2 or more open heart valves, severe stomach ulcers
We accept 50% refund of the order value for the following cases:
- Customers don’t like it anymore and request a refund: In condition within 30 days after purchasing order, product still has the seal intact
*After request apprroved, customer will receive refund within 90 days from the date of purchase, more than 90 days, customer will get an advise changing the appropriate product
